A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and LA RAZA SERVICES INC to provide nutritious food access and nutrition education as funded by the Healthy Food for Denver's Kids Initiative, serving Citywide. New contract total includes $200,000.00 of Healthy Food for Denver's Kids emergency funds to scale up food distribution efforts to Denver youth and their families in response to changes to federal food assistance programs, citywide.
Amends a grant agreement with LA RAZA SERVICES INC by adding $562,500.00 for a new total of $1,287,500.00 and adding one year for a new end date of 12-31-2026, to provide nutritious food access and nutrition education as funded by the Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids Initiative, serving Citywide. New contract total includes $200,000.00 of Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids emergency funds to scale up food distribution efforts to Denver youth and their families in response to changes to federal food assistance programs, citywide (ENVHL-202368597/ENVHL-202581534-02).
