Type and Scope of services to be performed:

On behalf of CDPHE, DDPHE will continue to provide inspection/investigation services of registered and potential sources of air pollution (stationary sources) and sites that are part of the State CFC Program. DDPHE will continue to respond to air-related citizen complaints. DDPHE will continue to issue open burn permit in response to training, vegetative control, and ceremonial requests. Finally, DDPHE will continue to investigate asbestos-related concerns in Denver County. The asbestos work is complaint driven and complaints are received from both CDPHE and through 311.

 

DDPHE will continue to provide the following services to CDPHE: 1) Inspection of Stationary Sources, 2) Inspection of registered CFC (refrigerant) sources, 3) Issuance of Open Burn Permits, 4) Investigation of Asbestos-related complaints, and 5) Investigation of citizen air complaints related to odors, fugitive dust, visible emissions, and other air concerns. This contract also includes reimbursement for annual training activities associated with inspectors conducting the types of inspections/investigations contained within the contract.
