Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The Temporary Rental and Utility Assistance (TRUA) Program helps to prevent involuntary displacement among low-to-moderate income households within the City and County of Denver who have recently experienced a financial hardship. TRUA provides critical financial assistance to help cure a resident’s past due rent and utility costs in order to avoid eviction or utility shut-off. The TRUA program works to holistically address an applicant’s housing crisis through additional supportive services including but not limited to tenant-landlord mediation, case management, housing navigation, and resource connection.
