Type and Scope of services to be performed:
Under a previous license agreement, ECCV installed a solar panel within the City-owned Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site (DADS) to prevent vandalism that was occurring on their adjacent easement. The existing solar panel supplies energy to the ECCV equipment that provides corrosion protection to their water line. This new agreement reflects the new name of the ECCV entity, has a lease term to September 20, 2025, and reflects the new DDPHE address.
