Approves a contract with Mountain West Series of Lockton Companies, LLC for $1,025,000 and through 12-31-24 to provide employee benefit broker/consultant services to Denver’s Employee Health Insurance Committee (EHIC) (CSAHR-202053662). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-21-20. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-24-20.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
Agreement between Mountain West Series of Lockton Companies, LLC, and Denver allows Lockton to provide employee benefit broker services to Denver’s Employee Health Insurance Committee (EHIC) when evaluating competitive bids for employee benefit plans including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, legal, flexible spending, and the Employee Assistance program (EAP) for Denver civilian, sheriff and uniformed police employees, as well as, Denver civilian and police retirees. Lockton will also provide ongoing benefit plan claims analysis, legal compliance advice and Denver Wellness Program support.
