Amends a contract with Polarized Water Solutions, LLC to add $250,000 for a new total of $700,000 and 1 additional year for a new end term of 12-31-2024 to provide sand and grease trap maintenance services, citywide. Polarized Water Solutions, LLC performs required maintenance of sand traps, lift stations, grease traps, and associated kitchen drain lines at all locations flowing to active grease traps at various locations Citywide, excluding Denver International Airport. Additionally, service shall include the removal and disposal of any resulting waste materials to appropriate off-property locations in accordance with all applicable environmental regulations.
