A resolution approving a proposed Seventh Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Skillsoft (US) LLC to continue online training content services for employee development.
Amends a contract with Skillsoft (US) LLC by adding $196,066.13 for a new total of $2,592,616.09 and one year for a new end date of 5-29-2024 to continue online training content services for employee development (CSAHR-202368385). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-28-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 8-1-2023.
