Approves a lease agreement with Court Child Care Center, doing business as Denver Warm Welcome Court Child Care Center, for $213,805 and for one year to lease a portion of 520 West Colfax Avenue Room 1F to provide child care services for individuals conducting court business (201842882). Type and Scope of services to be performed:
A contract with Court Child Care Center to lease a portion of 520 W. Colfax, Room 1F to provide child care services for individuals conducting court business. Child care services must be provided by properly trained, competent, and properly supervised personnel for not more than twenty children at any given time of which there may not be more than five infants at any given time. All children must be between the ages of six weeks and twelve years of age.
Scope of services with performance bench marks: Child care services provided by properly trained, competent, and properly supervised personnel, for not more than twenty children at any given time of which there may not be more than five infants at any given time. All children must be between the ages of six weeks and twelve years of age. All services must be provided in accordance with the Agreement and in full compliance with all applicable rules and regulations regarding child care, including those adopted by the Colorado Department of Human Services.
