A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Town Center Metropolitan District, to provide reimbursement for the City’s portion of the 56th Avenue construction project from Ireland Street to Piccadilly Road and to extinguish all remaining developer credits for Green Valley Ranch North.
Approves an intergovernmental agreement with Town Center Metropolitan District for $2,288,063.85 to provide reimbursement for the city’s portion of the 56th Avenue construction project from Ireland Street to Piccadilly Road and the final city payment to the District to extinguish the developer credit as detailed in the 2003 Development Agreement for Green Valley Ranch North in Council District 11(201950617). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-22-19. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 6-11-19.

This agreement provides reimbursement to the Town Center Metropolitan District (District) for the City’s portion of the 56th Avenue construction project in the amount of $1,206,126.00. In addition, the agreement provides for the final payment of $1,081,937.85 to the District which extinguishes the Developer Credit as detailed in the 2003 Development Agreement for Green Valley Ranch North.
