The Empowerment Program, Inc. (Empowerment) is partnering with the City to provide residential and non-residential care management services for returning citizens at the 4280 Kearny Street, Denver residential facility. Through a collaborative approach, Empowerment and the City hope to build upon community corrections services for women that are person centered, gender responsive and trauma informed.
