A resolution approving a proposed Seventh Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Riskonnect Clearsight LLC to extend the term and increase funding.
Amends a contract with Riskonnect Clearsight LLC by adding $210,000 for a new total of $1,257,626 and 14 months for a new end date of 12-31-20 to provide Risk Management Information System (RMIS) software for tracking of the city’s workers’ compensation, automobile and property insurance claims, citywide (CRCFD - 201311634). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-18-19. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 10-15-19.

Resolution approves the extension of the contract with Riskonnect ClearSight through December 31, 2020. Total contract amount through 2020 will be $1,257,626. Riskonnect Clearsight LLC, formerly Marsh ClearSight LLC provides Risk Management Information System software "STARS “used by the City’s Workers’ Compensation Program for the tracking of the City’s workers’ compensation, auto and property claims. This resolution adds $210,000.00 for an additional 14 months for data continuation of services.
