A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Contract Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Colorado Department of Human Services to adjust the award for the Disability Navigator Program.
Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the Colorado Department of Human Services - Office of Economic Security by reducing the agreement by $62,613.55 for a new total of $1,221,408.09, which reconciles the previously awarded amount and revised available allocation, to continue implementing the Disability Navigator Program, which assists persons with disabilities in navigating the application and/or appeal process for federal disability benefits under the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program, citywide. DHS requests authorization to approve City Amendment #3 (CO State referred to as Amendment #1) to Revenue Agreement with Colorado Department of Human Services - Office of Economic Security that reduces the revenue amount by $62,613.55 for a new contract maximum of $1,221,408.09, there are no changes to the term of 11/1/2021 through 6/30/2023.
