The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-21-20. This resolution was approved by the Committee on 12-2-20.

This is a resolution request to approve a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) amending the existing 2019-2021 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Denver Firefighters - Local 858. The MOU amendments to the current contract include: (1) deferring the 3% scheduled salary increase until December 31, 2021 (savings of $4,268,700); (2) suspending the City’s annual contribution to the Post Employment Health Plan in 2021 (savings of $1,376,600); (3) suspending the holiday premium pay provisions for 3 holidays in 2021 (savings of $828,000); (4) suspending the pay provisions for the Birthday holiday in 2021 (savings of $307,000); and (5) suspending the annual uniform allowance in 2021 (savings of $584,100).
