Amends an on-call contract with Triunity Engineering and Management, Inc. by adding $450,000 for a new total amount not to exceed $900,000 for project reporting activities and related services for the Office of the National Western Center (NWCO) and the North Denver Cornerstone Collaborative (NDCC) including Regional Tourism Act (RTA) reporting, Framework Agreement reporting, and NDCC capital projects tracking in Council District 9 (FINAN-201631263). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-22-18. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 12-19-17.

Type and Scope of services to be performed: Triunity Engineering & Management, Inc. provides professional project reporting activities and related services for the Office of the National Western Center (NWCO) and the North Denver Cornerstone Collaborative (NDCC), including Regional Tourism Act (RTA) reporting, Framework Agreement reporting and NDCC capital projects tracking. A preliminary contract with a $450,000 placeholder was initiated in November 2016 for Triunity to understand reporting requirements, recommend best practices and build reporting templates. Triunity and the project reporting structure were introduced at the March 21, 2017 NWCO/NDCC update to LUTI. With a scope of work defined, NWCO and NDCC are now asking City Council to approve a contract amendment to allow Triunity to continue to execute the refined project reporting plan by increasing the maximum amount for the task-order contract to $900,000 (not to exceed).
