Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The intent of this project is to preserve existing fixtures and install replacement fixtures where originals have been removed. An additional goal is to compliment the historic architecture and lighting. New globe sconces will be installed at original locations that will replicate the historical aesthetic while incorporating modern LED technology; column up-lights and linear up-lights on the frieze will create a rhythm of light along the facades while highlighting the capitals and detailing within the entablature. The additional lighting is compatible to the existing, not intrusive or distracting from the original fixtures and existing architecture.
