Approves a premium value concession contract with ProServe Corporation, operating as High Land Mercantile, for a minimum annual guarantee of $454,920 or percentage fee of 17% for a term of 7 years to design, build, manage, and lease a High Land Mercantile on the B concourse of the airport, in Council District 11. 202369790.
