A resolution approving a proposed fourth Amendment between the City and County of Denver and Passur Aerospace, Inc. concerning a software subscription for airline landing fees at Denver International Airport.
Amends a contract with Passur Aerospace, Inc. by adding $300,000 for a new total of $1,438,000 and three years for a new end date of 12-31-21 for a continued subscription to Passur Proactive Billing and Pulse Audit system software for auditing, validating, and invoicing airline landing fees at Denver International Airport (CE 73026-04). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 2-19-19. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 1-16-19.
