Amends a lease agreement with East Cherry Creek Valley Water and Sanitation District Water Activity Enterprise, Inc. (ECCV) by adding five years for a new end date of 9-30-25 to allow ECCV to place a pole-mounted solar panel within the Arapahoe Disposal Site (DADS) property to protect the solar panel from vandalism. No change to agreement amount (ENVHL-201737242-00).

Under the existing license agreement, ECCV installed a solar panel within the City-owned Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site (DADS) in response to vandalism that was occurring on their adjacent easement. The existing solar panel powers the ECCV equipment that provides corrosion protection to their water line. This amendment extends the license agreement.
