Denver Palm Corporation’s restaurant, The Palm, utilizes an area of land within Skyline Park block 2 for outdoor seating for their patrons; the space includes tables, chairs, awnings, planters, and other facilities necessary or convenient for the outdoor service and consumption of food and beverages. This amendment extends the term one year and addresses the City’s redesign of Skyline Park due to the 2017 passing of the General Obligation Bond that includes funding for the renovation of Skyline Park block 2, and new anticipated DPR design guidelines that will impact the patio space.
