Type and Scope of services to be performed:

 Sanderson Gulch Reach 1 project will improve the currently undersized drainage system from Lipan St to the confluence with the South Platte River. The improvements include a box culvert system from Lipan St to just downstream of the BNSF railroad and a combination low flow open channel with a high flow underground box culvert system from the BNSF railroad to the South Platte River. Cast-in-place box culverts and special structures, pre-cast box culverts, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, utility relocations, riprap placement, loose and grouted slab stone boulder construction and channel grading are included in this project’s scope of work.
