A resolution approving a proposed Agreement, between the City and County of Denver and F & E Aircraft Maintenance, LLC, concerning use of space to support aircraft maintenance services at Denver International Airport.
Approves a 21-month lease agreement with F & E Aircraft Maintenance, LLC in the amount of $5,311.90 a month for space at the Joint Use Cargo Building to support their business of providing aircraft maintenance services to airlines at Denver International Airport (201734877). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-6-17. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 10-4-17.

Request for lease of space at the Joint Use Cargo Building by F&E Aircraft Maintenance, LLC (FEAM) to support their business of providing aircraft maintenance services to airlines at Denver International Airport (DEN). FEAM is currently contracted to provide services to Icelandair EHF. FEAM will lease 7,099.9 sq. ft. of space in the Joint Use Cargo Building and 13,763.9 sq. ft. of ground space. The lease term will expire on 12/31/2018.
