Type and Scope of services to be performed:

 Request for lease of space at the Joint Use Cargo Building by F&E Aircraft Maintenance, LLC (FEAM) to support their business of providing aircraft maintenance services to airlines at Denver International Airport (DEN). FEAM is currently contracted to provide services to Icelandair EHF. FEAM will lease 7,099.9 sq. ft. of space in the Joint Use Cargo Building and 13,763.9 sq. ft. of ground space. The lease term will expire on 12/31/2018.
