Amends a contract with The Community Firm, operating as the Community Economic Defense Project (202159467), by adding $752,000 for a new total of $1,736,000 and a new end term of 12-31-2024 to provide eviction legal defense services for households at or below 80% of the area median income, citywide. 202371004-02. Prevent evictions by providing free legal advice, limited or full legal representation, rental assistance program referrals, and eviction process and tenant rights information to residents facing eviction in the City and County of Denver for approximately 800 unduplicated households for program year 2024. Approximately 1910 households are expected to be served throughout the duration of the contract.
