A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Colorado Designscapes, Inc. to continue providing golf course restoration, for city golf courses.
Amends an on-call contract with Colorado Designscapes, Inc., by adding $1,000,000 for a new total of $2,000,000 and one year for a new end date of 6-24-2024 to continue providing golf course restoration, for city golf courses. (202368903-01/ 201952405-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-28-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 8-1-2023.
