This request is for a new non-competitive lease agreement in the Joint Use Cargo Building between F&E Aircraft Maintenance, LLC (F&E) and Denver International Airport (DEN). F&E provides aircraft maintenance services to several of DEN’s signatory airlines. F&E will lease 7099 sq. ft. of building space and 13,763.90 sq. ft. of ground space.
