Title: A resolution approving a proposed Fifth Amendment to Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Concessions International Panda Express, JV, concerning a concession at Denver International Airport. Amends a concession agreement with Concessions International Panda Express, JV, doing business as Colorado Sports Bar, by changing the holdover language to allow the Manager of Aviation, at the manager's sole discretion, to waive additional rent and allow the concessionaire to holdover at 100% the rental rate. There is no change to the contract amount or term (AC 3X005-05). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-13-17. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 2-8-17.
