Amends an on-call contract with Hensel Phelps Construction Co, by adding two years for a new end date of 4-13-2026 to continue providing landside facility maintenance services at Denver International Airport in Council District 11. Provide on-call landside facilities maintenance and repair services to various trade services on an as-needed basis. The contractor is to provide professional maintenance services for all types of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, building (carpentry, roofing, glazier), and exterior paint services as needed for DEN landside as requested by a project manager and approved by separate task authorization.
