Approves a contract with CenturyLink Communications, LLC d/b/a Lumen Technologies Group, for $4,500,000 and for five years with two one-year options to extend, for telecommunication and web-hosting services on an as-needed basis at Denver International Airport in Council District 11 (PLANE-202264647). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-4-2024. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 1-31-2024.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
This request is to allow for the continuity of services provided by CenturyLink to include telecommunications and web-hosting services on an as-needed basis. These services include high-speed internet, Distributed Denial-of Service (DDoS), Optical Wavelength (OWS), Regulated phone services; Direct-inward-Dial (DID) numbers, T-1 through OC-192 dedicated links 1FB Business lines and Primary Interface (PRI) lines. Lumen also provides web hosting services for several DEN websites.
