A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory and Revival Agreement between the City and County of Denver and The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless to provide housing services for people experiencing homelessness or housing instability through the Supportive Housing Pay for Performance (SHP4P) program citywide.
Amends a contract/grant agreement with the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless that adds $3,377,000 for a new total of $10,131,000 and one year for a new end date of 12-31-2025 to allow the agency to continue to provide housing services for people experiencing homelessness or housing instability through the Supportive Housing Pay for Performance (SHP4P) program, citywide (HOST-202477087-02/202265783-00). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-21-2025. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 12-18-2024.
