Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Aramark Management Services Limited Partnership was contracted in 2018 to provide facilities services at Denver Arts & Venues facilities. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and State and local public health orders, neither the agency nor Contractor have seen normal activity in DAV facilities during 2020. This amendment seeks to exercise two existing options to extend and additionally extend the contract by three years to expire on December 31, 2025 and to add $10 million dollars in maximum contract capacity to pay expenses for the extended term of the contract. The Contractor shall also make two sponsorship payments to the City of Denver totaling $350,000. Further, the amendment adds language to address the current and continued period of health and safety restrictions until the resumption of normal business, adds City minimum wage language, and makes minor modifications to scope of work
