Approves a contract with Impact Charitable for $2,000,000 and through 12-31-21 to provide funding to Denver residents who were previously employed and lost their employment due to the COVID-19 pandemic for basic pressing needs including housing, utilities, food, health care, transportation, and childcare (HRCRS-202159452).
