Type and Scope of services to be performed:

PCL Construction Services is to provide all construction and management services to repair 41 sumps in the basements of Concourse B (28 sumps) and Concourse C (13 sumps).  Plumbing work will include new pumps, piping, and controls/alarms.  Electrical work will include new conduit and wiring.  Structural work will include sump pit repair and lining. Temporary sump pit bypass systems will be placed during the project.  Sumps are considered confined space.  Contractor to also trace out the drainage of the sumps per the contract document requirements.
