A bill for an ordinance amending and revising Articles III, V and VII of Chapter 28 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code by repealing and reenacting a new Article III and a new Article V establishing a Minority and Women Business Enterprise contracting ordinance in furtherance of nondiscrimination in City Contracts and Purchase Orders; and repealing and reenacting a new Article VII establishing a Small Business Enterprises ordinance related to City contracting.
Amends and revises Denver Revised Municipal Code (DRMC), Chapter 28, Article III, V, VII by repealing and reenacting a new Article III, Article V, and Article VII establishing Division of Small Business Opportunity (DSBO) and its programs for advancing equitable access to public contracting for minority-owned, women-owned, and small business enterprises. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 8-25-2026.
