Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Implementation of the South Platte River Trail improvements beginning North of Mississippi Avenue and ending at the city limit bordering Englewood and a new connection to Ruby Hill Park.  The intent of this project is to install new sections of trail or upgrade the existing sections of the trail that are 8'-10' wide to the new cross section that is 22' wide.  This section includes a 12' wide concrete trail and 4' wide adjacent crusher fines path and 3' recoverable shoulders.  Other elements to be included are lighting and wayfinding signage.  The purpose of these improvements is to improve safety and reduce congestion along the regional trail.
