Type and Scope of services to be performed:

This contract is for on-call material purchase, delivery and installation in Denver Parks. The two main sites for work are playgrounds and medians but may also include other park spaces, gardens, parkways, etc. Materials to be placed may include mulch, landscape rock, cobblesand, gravel, breeze, soil, and playground material such as engineered wood fibar. Fibar is to be refilled at DPR playgrounds at least once per year. Many locations require a refill twice per year depending on use. Playgrounds are typically refilled with fibar in the spring and refreshed in the fall if needed. Median material placement will happen throughout the year on an as-needed basis.
