Type and Scope of services to be performed: A proposed Contract between the City and County of Denver and Alpine Roofing Co., Inc. for the Castro Roof project. Remove and replace fully adhered EPDM roof on main roof deck and two penthouse roofs.  Alternates are included for replacing roofing on lower roof decks.
