*This district’s assessment for 2023 will be $168,900 since there are sufficient reserves held by the district to cover a portion of the proposed 2023 budget. The 2023 budget increase is due to needed removal of sidewalk trip hazards, sidewalk power washing, increased maintenance costs and installing borders around rock beds.
