Vendor/Contractor Name (including any “DBA”): Merrick & Company

Type and Scope of services to be performed:

This amendment is beneficial to the Mayor’s Office of the National Western Center and the City at large because it will allow for continuation of design efforts on the National Western Center Campus that were put on hold or delayed due to the timing and phasing of neighboring projects. The ability to continue design on the Pedestrian Bridge, the Bettie Cram Drive Bridge and the Campus Fiber Network are essential pieces to completing the connections within the Campus as well as the connections to the surrounding neighborhoods. These projects are currently under contract and in varying phases of initial design, however, the ability to adjust or modify these task orders over the course of the next year is essential to providing the best design for the City as the connecting projects continue through their designs concurrently.

This amendment provides the continuation of design efforts for the National Western Center Program. The contract scope of services remains the same. This amendment extends the current contract term by one (1) year, to April 14, 2024, and does not increase current contract capacity.
