Approves a lease agreement with Idemia Identity & Security USA for rates and charges and for two years, with three one-year options to extend, to lease 781 square feet of space in the main terminal to provide Transportation Security Administration (TSA) precheck enrollment services at Denver International Airport (PLANE-202055031). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-22-21. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 2-17-21.

This agreement is for a 781 square foot space in the main terminal that will be leased to Idemia Identity & Security USA (Idemia). The space will be used to provide Transportation Security Administration (TSA) precheck enrollment services to Denver International Airport (DEN) passengers. Idemia was selected by TSA to manage TSA precheck enrollment.
