A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Colorado Nonprofit Development Center to change the scope of work to allow HRAC to spend down ARPA funding on operational expenses, and OAF funding on the purchase of a building to provide behavioral health services, and syringe access services including supplies, education, wound care, sharps disposal, overdose prevention, naloxone distribution, and referrals to social support and healthcare services.
