Grant from DRCOG's FY16-21 TIP program to provide funds for the Iowa Underpass project.  This is a grant agreement to contribute funding to construct ADA-compliant ramps along the north side of Iowa Avenue and sidewalks along the west side of Santa Fe Drive. The project will also include improvements at the intersection, alterations or new installation of retaining walls, possible ROW acquisition and lighting improvements as necessary.
