A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC to increase the License Fees to allow installation of new equipment at 303 West Colfax Avenue.
Amends a license agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC by adding $19,500 for a new total of $801,018.66 to allow for the installation of additional communication equipment and to increase rent, located at 303 West Colfax Avenue in Council District 9. No change to agreement duration (FINAN RC1Y028-03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-8-19. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 5-14-19.
