Amends an on-call contract with Eight Eleven Group, LLC dba Technical Youth, LLC to add $375,000 for a new total of $750,000 and an additional 15 months for a new end term of 12-31-2026 for the continual utilization of on-call professional information technology services staff and training to augment City technical talent and workforce as needed, citywide (TECHS-202264703-01/TECHS-202472069-01). Type and Scope of services to be performed:
On-call Professional Information Technology Services staff and training to augment City technical talent and workforce as needed. The Contractor shall provide CCD with an IT workforce transformation program for filling talent gaps across IT and functional areas that exist in CCD. The Contractor shall identify, provide niche technical training, and ramp-up support for appropriate technical resources providing CCD the ability to build in-house technical talent and create a long-term, promotable pipeline of resources for IT project support. The Contractor shall provide CCD with the Elevate program and all-encompassing services. The Contractor will assist CCD on application development, infrastructure, data engineering, dev-ops engineering, security analysis, and other workforce transformation solutions. The Contractor will provide appropriate consulting personnel and training through a capacity model to CCD on various projects in these functional areas. The Contractor will assist in addressing the talent gaps and needs of a modern workforce by providing advisory services through use case and risk assessment to target specific workforce challenges faced by CCD, including succession planning, attrition management, building in-house talent on limited and niche skillsets, fuel and catalyze workforce transformations and culture shift, auxiliary support on low-risk functions, balancing and blending tenured teams.
