A resolution approving a proposed Contract between the City and County of Denver and Vance Brothers, Inc. to provide chip and crack seal resurfacing.
Approves a contract with Vance Brothers, Inc. for $4,949,320 and 120 days to provide chip and crack seal resurfacing for approximately 95 lane miles of streets, citywide (DOTI-202366920). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-24-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 6-20-2023.
