A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendatory Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Colorado Department of Human Services for the continued use of the Equifax Verification Services.
Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Colorado Department of Human Service - Office of Child Support Services by adding $1,257,671.59 for a new total of $2,484,546.19 and 13 months for a new end date of 6-30-2024, to ensure Denver Human Services can continue to use Equifax Verification Services, citywide (SOCSV -202369017-01 / SOCSV-202263659-00). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 9-11-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 8-9-2023.
