A resolution approving a proposed Fifth Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Denver to add compensation to provide continued year-round comprehensive out-of-school-time services for approximately 3,000 youth.
Amends a contract with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Denver to add $80,000 for a new total of $606,400 to provide continued year-round comprehensive out-of-school-time services for approximately 3,000 youth annually, citywide. No change to contract duration (MOEAI-202261818). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-13-22.
