Type and Scope of services to be performed:
Bannock Street between W Exposition Avenue and the RTD Broadway and I-25 Station and the new on-ramp from Broadway to southbound Interstate 25 (I-25). This work includes curb and gutter, paving, sidewalks/ multiuse trails, pedestrian ramps, driveways, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, landscape/ irrigation, retaining walls and two bridge structures. Also included is the construction of a temporary parking lot north of Ohio and West of Broadway to accommodate the parking temporarily displaced at the RTD Station to accommodate construction activities. This is the first of two construction packages/ contracts related to the completion of the proposed improvements in the vicinity of the Broadway and I-25 Interchange. This is a Local Agency project with CDOT oversight.
