Title: A resolution approving a proposed First Amendment between the City and County of Denver and Premisys Support Group, Inc. concerning storage space at Denver International Airport. Amends a lease agreement with Premisys Support Group, Inc. by relocating their storage space from B Concourse to the south campus of the airport, decreasing their storage space by approximately 440 square feet for a total of 3,975 square feet and reducing the rate to $0.72 per square foot for a total annual rent in the amount of $2,800. There is no change to the contract term (201523753-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 2-20-18. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 1-17-18.
