Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the Office of the Alternate Defense Counsel by adding $756,000 for a new total of $1,695,000 and 2 years for a new end date of 12-31-2025, to continue providing counsel for indigent criminal defendants when a conflict exists for the Office of the Municipal Public Defender, citywide (DOMPD-202369732-02 / DOMPD-202161364). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-27-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 8-23-2023.
