Approves a contract with Goodland Construction, Inc. for $1,921,315.05 and for 180 days for TOD Improvements including building sidewalk and adjacent landscaping, removing and placing pipe and manholes, performing mill and overlay and full depth paving at 48th Avenue between Brighton Boulevard and Claude Court in Council District 9 (202057316). This project consists of work on 48th Avenue between Brighton Boulevard and Claude Court. Work includes building sidewalk and adjacent landscaping along the south side of the street, removing and placing pipe, manholes, and inlets on the storm drain trunk line and laterals, performing mill and overlay on the north side of the street, and full depth paving on the south side of the street.
