Type and Scope of services to be performed:

Aggregate Industries - WRC, Inc. would be the primary provider of Natural Sand, Crushed Sand, ½” Rock, and ¾” Rock to the City to be used for asphalt manufacturing for street paving.  The reason for this increase is because the unit cost of the material has increased during the term of the contract, also the asphalt plant has increased the amount of asphalt it produces per year.
